Mike Shaw, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Pelham, was elected second vie-president of the Alabama Baptist Association at its state convention last week. Shaw began working at the Pelham church in 1979. Shaw graduated from Samford University in 1970 and received both a Master’s degree and a Doctorate from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary
