Janet Seaman of Seaman Timber Company in Montevallo was one of many small business owners that participated in a health care roundtable with Governor Bob Riley in Birmingham Nov. 29.

The Governor listened to health insurance concerns of the business owners and spoke of proposed legislation that sets up tax incentives that will allow small business workers to deduct the amount they contribute to premium payments from their state income taxes
