Tony Lane Ragsdale, age 58, of Columbiana, died Nov. 26, 2007 in Columbiana. Funeral service was Wednesday, Nov. 28 at 11 a.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel. Burial followed at Sycamore Cemetery with the Rev. David Houston officiating. Visitation was Tuesday, Nov. 27 from 5:30-9 p.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel.

Mr. Ragsdale was a loving and caring husband, father, grandfather and brother. He served in the Army and loved his work and his horses.

He is survived by wife, Robbie Ragsdale of Columbiana; daughter, Michele Scott and husband Rocky of Sylacauga; stepdaughters, Lori Harris and husband Josh of Vandiver, Kayla Jones of Columbiana, and Melony Skinner and husband Paul of Winterboro; stepsons, Shane Ricks and wife Jennifer of Goodwater and Tiger Ricks and wife Dana of Sylacauga; brothers, George “Possum” Ragsdale and Richard “Smokey” Ragsdale and wife Rhonda of Childersburg; father-in-law, Bob Walton of Columbiana; 17 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Pallbearers were Tiger Ricks, Shane Ricks, Mark Seals, Devin Ragsdale, Shane Spradlin, Jamie Ragsdale, Paul Skinner and Braxton Duncan.
