Brooke Sunday scored a game-high 18 points to lead Belmont University to an 86-45 victory over the University of Montevallo, in a non-conference women’s basketball game Tuesday. Four Bruins scored in double figures, as they improved to 5-5 overall.

Jamie Graham posted her third double-double in the past four games for UM with a team-high 16 points and game-high 11 rebounds.

The Lady Falcons trailed by seven points (32-25) at halftime, when BU put together a 13-4 run in the first four minutes of the second half to break the game open.

UM (2-5) travels to Arkadelphia, Ark. to participate in the Ouachita Baptist Classic Friday and Saturday. They will open play against Arkansas-Monticello Friday at 4 p.m
