Erika Michelle Rich, born in Alabama on Thursday, Sept. 29, 1971, passed away Friday, Dec. 14, 2007. at the age of 36. She was a resident of Columbiana.

Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. Monday at Charter Funeral Home, with burial in Summer Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The Reverend Archie Maddox officiated at her services. Visitation was held at the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. prior to funeral services.

Survivors of Erika include her mother, Sarah Bentley (Jerry); sister, Kimberly Dawn Joiner (Wesley) and their daughter, Mackenzie; father, Ted Rich (Ann).

She leaves also to cherish her memory two special children, Jamie Alley and Eric Wood and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Erika to the American Cancer Society.

Arrangements were under the direction of Charter Funeral Home.
