Oak Mountain State Park in Pelham is open throughout the holiday season. Day use fees for adults are $2 on weekdays and $3 on weekends and holidays. Seniors and children ages 6-11 are admitted for $1. The 9,940-acre park offers vacation cottages, golf, pro shop with snack bar, camping, picnicking, swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, mountain bike trails, backpacking, a demonstration farm and horseback riding facilities.
