Ramiro Douglass Palomino celebrated his 2nd birthday Dec. 29, 2007 at his great-grandparents house.

Ramiro enjoyed an Elmo-themed birthday party with family and friends.

He is the son of Santanna Portis and Ramiro Palomino Hernandez. He is the grandson of Jean Portis and the last Douglass Portis Sr.
