Melissa J. Clemons of Columbiana recently accepted membership into the Golden Key International Honour Society and was honored during an induction ceremony at the University of Montevallo.

Golden Key International Honour Society is a premier college/university honor society with more than 1.7 million members in over 350 chapters in the United States, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, South Africa and the United Arab Emirates.

Membership into the society is by invitation only to students in all fields of study. Golden Key was founded in 1977 in Atlanta
