Rhonda Danette Cain Thomas passed away Feb. 7, 2008, in Georgiana. Funeral service was Feb. 9 at 10 a.m. at Johnson Funeral Chapel in Georgiana. Interment was at Cedar Grove Free Will Baptist Cemetery in Wilsonville at 2 p.m.

Thomas was born Oct. 15, 1973, in Shelby County. She loved the daycare kids where she worked as her own. She was from a very large family of foxhunters and was secretary of the Heart of Dixie Foxhunters Association.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry Thomas of Georgiana; parents, Ronald and Gail Cain of Wilsonville; sister, Kim White (Ben) of Wilsonville; brothers, Steed Cain (Lauren) of Altoona and Chris Cain of Wilsonville; Jerry’s sons who she loved dearly, Scott Thomas of Greenville, Jason Thomas of Greenville and Justin Thomas of Georgiana; grandson, Taylor of Georgiana; three nephews, Wade White, Jesse Job White and Paul Cain; and one niece, Hillary Cain; and very many other family members and friends
