Eleven area students were recently named to Mississippi State University’s 2007 fall semester scholar’s list.

Students on the president’s list achieved a 3.8 or higher grade-point average, on a 4.0 scale, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.

Students on the dean’s list achieved a GPA between 3.5-3.79, while completing at least 12 semester hours of course work with no incomplete grades or grades lower than a C.

These students were named to the president’s list:

Alabaster – Emily C. Williams.

Helena – Jessica L. Davis and Gwendolyn J. Johnson.

Hoover – Kaitlyn B. Ferguson, Gregory S. Houston, Kelli M. Lennon, Robert S. Walden and Leah J. Wilson.

These students were named to the dean’s list:

Hoover – Ashley L. Ezelle and Chloe M. Gooden.

Pelham – Jennifer M. McCoy
