Bobby Joe Seales, president of the Shelby County Historical Society, will speak to the Leeds Historical Society at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 9, at the historic Depot in Leeds.

Seales is a member of the Historic Shelby Association, the Birmingham Genealogical Society and the Alabama Genealogical Society. A graduate of the Leadership Shelby County Class of 2004, he was named Shelby County representative for the Alabama Cemetery Alliance and serves as president of the Shelby County Hospitality Association for 2007.
