Sheila Ann Martin of Chelsea and Andy Shattuck Lalumia of Eastanollee, Ga., will be married at one o’clock March 29, 2008, at Hargis Memorial Chapel in Chelsea.

Dr. Timothy M. Cox will perform the ceremony.

The maid of honor is Ciara Culpepper; the bridesmaid will be Donna Arnold.

The best man will be David Lalumia; groomsman is David Whitfield. Aiden Culpepper will serve as the ring bearer.

A reception will be held at the Hargis Maffett Museum
