MAXUS Construction completes three projects

MAXUS Construction Company of Pelham recently completed three projects in the Birmingham area.

Two of the projects were for the 16-unit condominiums Parkridge Cottages and the 19-unit Hollywood Villas, both in Homewood.

Ruffner Mountain Development was the developer on both projects. Danny St. Clair was the project superintendent. John Ed Dearmon served as project manager.

MAXUS also completed the 17,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for Jim & Nick’s Restaurant and Bodnar Investment Group called Station No. 5 in Liberty Park. The two-story office building consists of masonry, stacked stone and cypress siding veneer.

Tom Hsu of CKH Architects was the architect for Station No. 5. John Ed Dearmon of Maxus Construction Company was the project manager and Randall Popwell was the project superintendent
