Elaine’s Honey Chicken Wings

1 cup salsa

1/4 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1 1/2 pounds chicken wing pieces or drumettes

Stir together the first three ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chicken pieces, tossing to coat. Place in an aluminum foil-lined 15 x 10 inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 55 minutes or until chicken is done, turning once. Serves four
