Spain Park point guard Josh Magette and Vincent guard Josh Kelley both received All-State honorable mention selections by the Alabama Sports Writers Association for AHSAA Class 6A and 2A, respectively.

Magette, the Shelby County Reporter Player of the Year, averaged 14 points, five assists and five points per game as a senior, while Kelley, a Reporter All-County selection, averaged 15.9 points and 5.1 rebounds per game
