Curtis Belton Lynn

Curtis Belton Lynn, age 81, of Vandiver died March 30, 2008.

He is survived by his wife, Rosie Lynn; daughters, Kathy Joseph, Pam Denty and Sheilah Vick; sister, Gloria Brasher; seven grandchildren; and eighth great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by his sons, Larry Lynn and Jerry Lynn.

Mr. Lynn was married 63 years, a long-time resident of Vandiver. He was a retired self-employed excavator who enjoyed life.

Services will be Wednesday, April 2, 2008, at 11 a.m., at Vandiver Church of God with burial at Union Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Lynn will lie in state from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at Kilgroe Funeral Home, Leeds.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Vandiver Church of God Building Fund in memory of Curtis Lynn, P. O. Box 117, Vandiver, AL 35176.
