PELHAM – German-born tennis pro and Auburn resident Jamie Hampton’s hopes to make a repeat trip to the USTA $25,000 Pro Circuit Challenger semifinal fell short in the opening round Tuesday, as she fell 6-4, 7-5 to Ye-ra Lee of Korea.
