The band Within Reason took home two BAMA awards from the Birmingham Weekly last month.

The band won titles of Best Rock Group and Performer of the Year. Last year, the group won a contest to play for the prom on the TV show “One Tree Hill.”

Band members Chris Dow and David Koonce are both Shelby County residents.
