The Montevallo Arts Council will sponsor the second annual Arts Fest this weekend at Orr Park.

The two-day event will feature art, music, theater and writing, from April 11-12. Families are encouraged to bring folding chairs and blankets and spend the day enjoying great art, food and music.

Highlights will include an art sale and concerts, book signings and a production of the musical, &8220;Company.&8221;

Other performers include Mae Robertson, Will Kimbrough, Henri’s Notions and the Pillars gospel choir.
