Funeral service for Pernie Fulghum, 76, of Sterrett, will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, April 26, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with the Rev. Don Brown and the Rev. Leonard Ervin officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Signal Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Fulghum, who passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2008, at a local hospital, was born April 13, 1932, in Shelby County.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Eugene Fulghum; children, Fredrick Eugene Fulghum, Karen Etress and Anita Johnson; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, J.D. Davis, George Davis, Coley Davis and David Davis; sisters, Ruie Reeves, Billy Robertson and Mary Wallen; and a host of other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
