Mr. and Mrs. James L. Ray III of Wilsonville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Loren Ray, to Mr. Korey Lee Collins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Collins of Arab.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. James L. Ray Jr. of Wilsonville, and Ms. Myra Falkner and the late Mr. Jay Falkner of Columbiana. She attended Shelby County High School and earned her B.S. in education from the University of Montevallo and her masters degree in education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is employed as a kindergarten teacher at Cherokee Bend Elementary School in Mountain Brook.

Mr. Collins is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Dewey Collins and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Bagwell of Arab.

He graduated from Arab High School and earned a B.S. in business administration and a masters of accountancy both from the University of Alabama. He is a CPA employed as a senior manager at Donaldson, Holman & West in Birmingham.

Their wedding will take place June 14, 2008, at Altadena Valley Presbyterian Church in Birmingham with a reception to follow at Vestavia Country Club
