Tom Sanders, assistant professor in the Michael E. Stephens College of

Business at the University of Montevallo, recently presented a paper titled “A Factor Analytic Examination of the Environmental and Organizational Influence Constructs” at the annual meeting of the Society for the Advancement of Management held recently in Arlington, Va.

Sanders also chaired a session of paper presentations on health policy and management and served as discussant for a paper on leadership theory
