Mr. Crocker, 57, of Brierfield passed away Thursday, April 24, 2008, in a local hospital. Mr. Crocker was born in Alabama on May 12, 1950, the son to AC and Lillian Crocker. He served his country with love, honor and valor in the United States Marine Corps from 1970 to 1976. He spent his career as a contractor with the railroad.

Visitation was held Sunday, April 28 at 5 p.m., following with a funeral service at 6 p.m., all at Charter Funeral Home. Officiating at his services were brother Dennis Horton, Dr. Jim Parker and brother Eddie Hughes. The soloist was Mike Garner. Arrangements were under the directions of Charter Funeral Home.

Survivors of Mr. Crocker include his loving wife of 21 years, Debbie Crocker; daughters, Jennifer Galloway (Heath); April Vogel (Adam); Melissa Hamby (Kirk) and Stephanie Boyd (William); brother, Larry Crocker (Martha); and nine grandchildren, Kirklynn, Anna, Parker, Jenna, Adaline, McKenzie, Paul Adam, Lilly and Jaxon
