Mrs. Tommy L Blankenship of Warrior is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Allison Nicole Blankenship to Joshua Eric Collins, son of Mr. and Mrs. George McDonald of Alabaster and Mr. and Mrs. Perry Collins of Morris.

The bride elect is the daughter of the late Tommy Blankenship. She is the grand-daughter of Floyd and Imogene Blankenship of Alabaster and the late Sue and Robert Berry.

She is a graduate of Wallace State Community College with an associate’s degree in health information management. Ms. Blankenship is employed with Baptist Health Systems.

The Groom elect is the grandson of the late Dolores Glover, the late Horace Kimbrel and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Collins.

He is currently employed with Total Fire Protection in Alabaster as a project estimator.

The wedding is planned for June 14, 2008, at 5:30 in the evening, and will be held on the beach in Panama City, Fla. Reception will immediately follow
