Funeral service for Martha Parsons, 55, of Harpersville, will be at 2 p.m., Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Vincent Revival Center with the Rev. William Rayfield and the Rev. Jason Allums officiating. Burial will follow at Harpersville City Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mrs. Parsons, who passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 after a 13-year battle with cancer, was born Aug. 30, 1952 in Harpersville. Martha spent her childhood and most of her adulthood in her family’s home in Harpersville. She was a brave, courageous woman who was loved by many. In her 55 years, she touched more lives than she could have ever known. She was loved by so many and will be deeply missed. God took home a brave and beautiful soul that day.

She is survived by her husband, Ron Parsons; son, Adam Price and his fianc/, Stephanie Thrift; stepsons, Daniel (Kim) Parsons, Kevin Parsons; brother, William; sisters, Jerusha and Wilma and a host of other family and friends.
