HARPERSVILLE – Coosa Valley Academy wide receiver Chase Lacy accepted a non-athletic scholarship from Huntingdon College last week with the intent to play football.

Lacy led Coosa Valley in rushing and receiving in the fall with more than 800 yards of total offense and was one of the top scorers in the county with more than 100 points.

He will play at wide receiver or will return kicks for the Hawks.
