Letters to the Editor for May 28th, 2008

Dear Editor,

This fall, the school board should strongly suggest that parents have their children ride school buses provided or else form car pools among themselves and save on traffic to and from school every day.

This would also save on gas expenditures and air pollution.

Traffic is terrible on school days with all the parents driving their children to and from school and then speeding to get to work on time.

Accidents and bumper benders are regularly in the making, the bus run whether it has five or 20 children on board and with gas going to over $4 per gallon, it would make sense.
