Funeral service for Oscar F. Hall, age 89, of Montevallo, was at 2 p.m., Wednesday, May 28, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Draper officiating. Burial followed at Shelby Memory Gardens. Visitation was Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. Hall, who passed away Sunday, May 25, 2008, at a local hospital, was born Aug. 14, 1918 in St. Clair County. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Brian Hall.

He is survived by his wife, Lois Hall; three sons, Fred (Diane) Hall, Donald (Doris), and Steve (Lisa) Hall; two grandsons, Eric (Aimee) Hall and Josh Hall; one great-grandson, Alex Hall; and one sister Laura Lee Nelson; and other family and friends.
