Funeral service for Raymond Smith, Jr., age 67, of Jemison, will be at 12 p.m., Saturday, June 14, 2008, at Ever Dale Missionary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Smith, who passed away oSunday, June 8, 2008, at his home, was born Nov. 1, 1940 in Greensboro.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Jeanne Smith; children, Melanie Smith, Rachael Smith, Tonya Smith, Valerie Smith, Gregory (Vivian) Smith, Raymond Smith and Barbara Rogers; host of grandchildren; one great grandchild; mother, Estelle Miller; sisters, Dorothy Tubbs, Louira Hambright, Betty Hambright, Queen Wilson and Annie Walker; brothers, Roy Miller, Clifton Miller and Willie Miller; and a host of other family and friends.
