Family Connection held its 2008 Annual Golf Tournament sponsored by Bryant Bank June 2 at Riverchase Country Club.

Terry Ward of Harpersville led the ASC Volvo Constuction Team to a first place finish in the tournament.

Judge Jim Kramer, Alabaster, won the Closest to the Pin competition on hole 12. Calvin Gunn of Pelham served as the chair of the golf tournament committee with Family Connection’s Board of Directors.

Robin White, Alabaster, Board President volunteered at the event. Funds raised at this tournament support a Residential Care Program, Day Shelter, Street Outreach Services and counseling for at-risk, runaway and homeless youth as well as their families
