Funeral service for Hugh J. Crowson, age 51, of Thorsby, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. Burial will follow at Leach Cemetery.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.

Mr. Crowson, who passed away on Sunday, June 8, 2008 due to an accident, was born on March 10, 1957 in Calera, Ala.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Cathy Diane Crowson and parents, Marvin and Lyndol Crowson.

He is survived by his wife, Kim Crowson;

children, Katika Sha Price, Stephen Wallace, Destiny Killingsworth, Jason Mitchell (Avery), Tracey Brasher (Heath), Brent Jones, Blaine Simmons, Daniel Simmons; host of grandchildren; brothers and sisters, Marilyn Crowson, Carl Crowson (Sarah), Robert Crowson, Miriam Martin (C.P.), Marsha Smith, Muriel Lucas (Lester), Bruce Crowson (Becky) and a host of other family and friends.
