Funeral service for Doug Lewis, age 36, of Wilsonville, will be Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home. The service will be officiated by the Rev. Jerry Burton and the Rev. Mitch Underwood. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. Visitation was Tuesday, July 8, 2008, at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m.

Mr. Lewis, who passed away Friday, July 4, 2008, at his home, was born July 16, 1971, in Sylacauga.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dale McManus.

He is survived by his parents, Bill and Debbie Martin, Terry Lewis; son, Bradley Lewis; brothers, Daniel (Crystal) Lewis, Joey Lewis, Donald (Tammy) Isbell and David Lewis; sisters, April Shaw, Wendy Sims and Terra (William) Harris; and a host of other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Pallbearers will be Joey Lewis, David Lewis, Ray Kelley, Eugene Poe, Richard Poe, Brian Thornton, William Harris and Ronny Gates.
