I get really ticked off when I read something in the paper like Mr. Salisbury wrote last week.

He tried to make everyone in the Montevallo Police Department look bad.

There are proper channels to go through in a case like his. Why didn’t he go through them?

Why try and make Officer Lovelady look bad along with the department?

I know this department goes beyond their call of duty because they saved my mother’s life a few years ago. To save her they went beyond their call of duty.

Please, before knocking our officers, think about the good they do.
