Funeral service for Shealey Nicholls Limbaugh, age 85, of Childersburg, was held Aug. 6, 2008 at 2 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Childersburg. The Rev. Ralph Barrow, the Rev. Malon S. Felkins and Tommy Limbaugh officiated. Burial followed at Greenhill Memorial Gardens. Visitation was held at Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel on Aug. 5 from 5:30-8 p.m.
Mr. Nicholls passed away on Aug. 4, 2008.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joy Thompson Limbaugh, of Childersburg; sons, Shealey “Nick” Limbaugh (Robin) of Tuscaloosa and John M. Limbaugh (Tammy) of Childersburg; grandsons, Joe, Bennett, Graham, Layne and Cole; brothers, Frank Limbaugh (Grace) of Childersburg and Roscoe Limbaugh (Sandra) of Tenn.; sisters-in-law, Fannie Hinds, Billye Whitlock, Armender Limbaugh and Frances Limbaugh and brother-in-law, Johnny Foster.
