Former Shelby Academy All-State baseball player Colby Green will play the upcoming season at Francis Marion University in South Carolina.

He is a transfer from Southern Union State in Opelika. Green hit .419 with 22 runs scored, seven doubles and 13 RBIs at Southern Union.
