Funeral service for Willodean “Dean” Harrison, age 83, of Montevallo, was Aug. 16, 2008, at 2 p.m. at Dogwood Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. Todd Burr officiated. She lay in state from 1-2 p.m. prior to the service.
Ms. Harrison, who passed away Aug. 13, 2008, was a lifelong member of Dogwood Grove Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Linda Quick of Valparaiso, Ind.; sons, Charles “Chuck” Harrison Jr. of Union Point, Ga., Danny Harrison of Jemison and James “Jim” Harrison of Birmingham; grandchildren, Stacy, Julie, Kelly and Lindsey Harrison, Brandy and Lance Quick and Courtney Harrison and Josh Herbert; and a number of special nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Fleming and Minnie Louise Lucas; husband, Charles “Chuck” H. Harrison Sr.; and grandson, Charles Brooks Harrison.
