Mary Evelyn Ingram, age 68, died Oct. 16, 2008 in her home.
She dedicated her life to her children and grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fannie Mae and Lummie Lee Ingram Sr.; Lummie Lee Ingram Jr., Robert Ingram, Billy Ingram; and sister, Phyllis Martin.
She is survived by her son, Greg Hardin (Lesley); daughters, Lynn Jones, Teresa Owens, Sandy Klopp and Debra Abbott (Oliver Hamilton); brothers, James Ingram (Etheleen), John Henry Ingram (Judy), Roger Ingram, Larry Ingram and Donald Ingram (Donna); sisters, Frances Stephens, Betty Vaughn, Rebecca Crumpton, Janice Phelps, Nancy Rape and Kay Maddox (Ken); 12 grandchildren; and 12 great–grandchildren.
Visitation was held at Childersburg Chapel on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008 from 5:30–8 p.m.
Services were held at Childersburg Chapel on Sunday, Oct. 19, 2008, at 2 p.m. She was buried at Kahatchie Cemetery. Bro. Mike Box officiated. Curtis and Son Childersburg Chapel directed.
