Funeral service for Billy Willis, age 79, of Shelby, was Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at 10 a.m. at Bolton-Letlow Chapel. Burial followed at Old Shelby Cemetery.
Visitation was from 6-8 p.m., Friday, Dec. 5, 2008, at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.
Mr. Willis, who passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008, at a local hospital, was born Jan. 10, 1929, in Shelby County.
He is survived by his brothers, Raymond Willis and Jerry (Joyce) Willis; sister, Margaret Connell; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
