Charles Wood, instructor of voice at the University of Montevallo, has been invited to present a paper at The College Music Society’s 2009 International Conference in Zagreb, Split, and Dubrovnik, Croatia, in June.

Wood will make a presentation based on his soon-to-be-published dissertation titled “The One-Act Operas of Nicolae Bretan, Romania’s Silenced Composer.”
