Funeral service for Clara “Cat” Pilkington, age 73, of Sterrett, was held Sunday, Dec. 14, 2008 at 2 p.m. at Victory Christian Center. Burial followed at Brashers Chapel Cemetery.
Visitation was Saturday, Dec. 13, 2008, from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton-Letlow Funeral Home.
Mrs. Pilkington, who passed away Friday, Dec. 12, 2008 at home, was born March 15, 1935 in Shelby County.
She is survived by her husband, Robert F. Pilkington; children, Danny (Connie) Pilkington, David (Regina) Pilkington, Louise and Ruth Nan; grandchildren, Robert, April, Jonathan, Aaron, Amanda, Tony and Tim; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Etta Gibson, Dorothy Pilkington, Ethlylene Pilkington and Lillie Helton; brothers, Buddy Brasher and Calvin Brasher; and other family and friends.
