Ann Emfinger, age 55, of Montevallo, died Dec. 29, 2008.
She was born in Alabama on March 16, 1953, the daughter to Cecil and Evalou Woods Smith. She was a cook.
Visitation was held on Jan. 3 from 10-2 p.m. at Charter Funeral Home.
Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 3 at Charter Funeral Home, with brother Ron Thomas officiating. Burial was in Midway Cemetery in Jemison.
Preceeded in death by her brother, Alvin Smith and sister, Darlene Watley. Survivors of Ann include her husband of 24 years, George Emfinger; mother Evalou Lucas; daughter, Regina Burt; sons, Randall Jones (Nikki), Rayburn Moore, and Donnie Moore; brothers, C. L. Smith (Donna), Eddie Dean Smith, Ralph Lucas (Myra) and sister, Angie Glass (Carl); and grandchildren, Josh, Dustin, and Randalyn Jones, Logan Moore, and Michael Burt.
Arrangements were under the directions of charter Funeral Home.
