Mary Nell Lee Littlefield, of Pelham, died on Friday, Jan. 2, 2009.
She was born and raised in Pelham, and was a life-long member of Pelham First Baptist Church, where she was a long-time, active member of the Audrey Kline Sunday School Class.
For several years, she and her husband Joe owned and operated Littlefield’s Curb Market in Pelham.
Mary Nell was preceded in death by Joe, her husband of 53 years.
Survivors include a son, Pat Littlefield (Kathy); a daughter, Nelda L. Hunt (Charles); one sister, Louella Honeycutt; grandchildren, Tara H. Davenport (Brian), Brian Littlefield (Melanie), Lindsey Littlefield, Kaitlyn Hill, and Nicole Littlefield; and great-grandchildren, Hunter Davenport and Madilyn Littlefield.
The funeral service was on Monday, Jan. 5, 2009 at Pelham First Baptist Church with Dr. Mike Shaw officiating. Burial followed in Southern Heritage Cemetery, Pelham.
