Victoria E. Arrand has joined the staff of Indian Springs School as director of development.

Arrand comes to Indian Springs from the Greater Birmingham Humane Society, where she has served as director of development and assistant director of development. She has also worked for The Arc of Jefferson County as director of development.

A resident of Pelham, Arrand earned a bachelor of arts in communications specializing in public relations at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
