Former University of Alabama star running back Siran Stacy will speak at Calera Baptist Sunday at 10:15 a.m.

Stacy is expected to share his story about the time after he and one of his daughters survived a fatal wreck in 2007 that killed his wife Ellen, 36, and four children Lequisa, 18; Bronson, 10; Sidney, 8; and Ellie, 2.

His daughter Shelly, age 3 at the time, survived with him.

Stacy has shared in past messages at churches about his struggles with depression, anger and his own shaken religious faith, according to an Associated Press story that covered a talk in Oxford in July.
