Aetna Irene Holsomback, age 77, of Montevallo, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2009.
She was a member of Dogwood Assembly of God Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lester Holsomback; daughter, Sandy Holsomback; son, Danny Holsomback.
She is survived by her daughters, Susan Lucas of Montevallo and Donna Spain of Calera; brother, Pete (Billie) Johnson of Birmingham; sisters, Joan Johnson of Calera and Mary Roman of Dallas, Ga.; 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from 6-8 p.m. at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo. Services were held Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 11 a.m. Burial followed at Ryan’s Cemetery in Montevallo. The Rev. Waymon Stricklin and the Rev. Phillip Johnson officiated.
