The Montevallo Bulldogs defeated the Longhorns in four innings Monday night, 13-2.

Bulldog pitcher Adam Burdett led his team to victory by striking out six batters while not giving up a hit. The Bulldogs opened the game up early by putting up six runs in the first inning. Lead off hitter Trent Butler went 3-for-3 at the plate on the night for the Bulldogs, while Michael Ward was 2-for-3.

Seth Lavvorn was on the hill for the Longhorns.
