Funeral service for Toni Minor Paulk, age 60, of Chelsea, will be at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at Bolton Chapel with Dr. James L. Evans officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana City Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home.
Mrs. Paulk, who passed away peacefully after a short illness on Sunday, May 31, 2009, was born on Aug. 15, 1948 in Columbiana, Alabama. She was a 1966 graduate of Shelby County High School and a 1970 graduate of the University of Montevallo.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jerry Paulk; two children, Carrie Paulk (Steven) Williams; Catherine Paulk (Jason) Summers; two grandchildren, Lydia Jane Williams and Elizabeth Rebon Summers; one brother, Tom Minor (Susan) and host of other family and friends.
