Girls’ soccer All-County

Spain Park goalkeeper Lauren Arnold has been given a lot of credit for the Jaguars’ 23-1-3 state championship season in Class 6A. Arnold is the 2009 Girls’ Soccer Shelby County Reporter Player of the Year after recording 11 shutouts and allowing 13 goals all season for Spain Park. The performance also helped earn her the Gatorade Player of the Year honor as a junior.
