Jack’s Family Restaurants celebrated a new Jack’s location in Columbiana today.

The opening made the 101st restaurant for the Birmingham-based company. A grand opening ribbon cutting is Thursday at 10 a.m. at the store. Mayor Allan Lowe and members of the City Council and South Shelby Chamber of Commerce will be in attendance. Among those attending from Jack’s will be Regional Director Taylor Kitchens, Area Supervisor David Denmark and General Manager Carla Harris.
