Betty Z. White

Betty Z. White, age 76, went to be with the Lord on Monday, June 15, 2009. She was born July 13, 1932, in Barbour County, Ala., the daughter to Mr. Clyde and Mrs. Mary Tomlin Zorn.
She is survived by her husband, George H. White; daughter, Julie Bailey (Steve) of Chelsea; step daughters, Linda Cox and Cindy Jacobs (Rob); stepson, Al White, all from Georgetown, S.C.; two granddaughters, three step granddaughters and two step grandsons; four great grandchildren; sister, Janette Vick (J.W.); brother-in-law; Rufus White (Darlene) and W. L. White (Dale) all of Eufaula, Ala.; and other family members and many friends.
Visitation will be Friday, June 19, 2009, at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Columbiana. Memorial Services will be held also on Friday at the church starting at 2 p.m. The Rev. Mike Miller and The Rev. Leslie D. Woodham will be officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Alacare Hospice, Clanton, Ala. or to the First Baptist Church in Columbiana.
